You / Licensee: Refers to the individual, business, or organization that has purchased digital products from PLR Academy Hub.
License of Use
By purchasing PLR Academy Hub products, you obtain a resell license , with the authority to modify, rebrand, and sell these products within the limits of this agreement.

IMPORTANT TERMS FOR THE RESALE OF MRR BUNDLES
🔴 Reselling an MRR bundle as is is prohibited for less than $497. This ensures fair competition among resellers.
If you cannot respect this minimum, do not purchase this bundle .
🔴 You are not permitted to resell the MRR bundle under the name "Digital MRR Bundle." This name is the intellectual property of PLR Academy Hub and cannot be used for resale.
Disclaimer of Earnings
PLR Academy Hub is not responsible for any financial results, whether profit or loss, arising from the resale of our products.
We do not guarantee specific income, success, or specific results from the use of our products.
Content and Design Quality
Although we strive to provide high-quality products, we do not guarantee perfection.
It is your responsibility to review and verify the accuracy and quality of the content before reselling it.
Legal Responsibility

Termination of License

IMPORTANT TERMS FOR RESELLING THE DIGITAL MRR BUNDLE
🔴 You are not allowed to resell the Digital MRR bundle as-is for a price below $497. This is to ensure that the market is fair for every bundle reseller. If you cannot respect this minimum price requirement please do NOT purchase this bundle.
🔴 You are not allowed to resell the Digital MRR bundle with the same name as "Digital MRR Bundle" . This name is the intellectual property of PLR Academy Hub and cannot be used while reselling.
Earnings Disclaimer
PLR Academy Hub bears no responsibility for the financial outcomes, whether gains or losses, resulting from the resale of our products. We do not guarantee specific earnings, success or results by using our products.
Content & Design Quality
While we strive for excellence, we cannot assure perfection in our products. It is your responsibility to review and verify the accuracy and quality of the products before selling them.
Liabilities
PLR Academy Hub holds no liability for issues arising from the use, sale, or distribution of our products. You assume full responsibility for any issues or disputes that may arise.
Termination
PLR Academy Hub reserves the right to terminate your license to sell our products if non-compliance with these terms is identified. In the event of termination, immediate cessation of product distribution is required.
Modification of Terms

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes shall be exclusively adjudicated by the courts there.
